Merger talks with NTL have been reported, which would make Telewest/NTL the dominant triple play cable provider in the UK.

Telewest then expects US to pay sales commissions and transfer fees, although it graciously offers to pay Network Solutions the additional fees to expedite the accelerated domain name transfer to them.
(Thanks, Phil, for bringing this to my attention. Yes, Telewest agreed to pay the expedite fee, and yes, Philip Jansen did threaten me that I'd be sorry if I refused to sell, but NO, Phillip... Telewest did not aggree to also pay fees and commissions. No sir, they included any commissions and transfer fees AS WELL AS Demanding the Rights to ALL of our BLUEYONDER Domain Names in their so-called offer.)

No Competition
Telewest's aready stipulated that we give up all right to BLUE YONDER.
Telewest here insists we give up All Right to Redress Legal issues.
We would also apparently be put in the position of defending and enforcing Telewest's rights to use the name "BLUEYONDER", and to protect any value asociated with it.
Of course, BLUEYONDER.COM already possessed Commercial and Goodwill Value associated with it, long before Malone, Gates, Huff and Telewest came a courtin'.
